Our story
Our team has been working in the employee share plans sector for many years.
ShareReporter was founded by veterans of Global Share Plans (GSP), an award-winning business in the global equity space. It has been rebuilt to evolve and grow as a reliable, adaptable platform offering solutions for many players in the employee share plans industry.
We are an independent business with strategic investment from CMS.
We provide legal and tax information for global equity, combining expertise with technology. The information is up to date, personalized and easy to use.
Our platform delivers the level of depth you need, from a quick overview of jurisdiction complexity to full legal and tax support, filings or signed-off advice with support from CMS.

Dave has helped build ShareReporter into a market-leading global equity business. A serial entrepreneur and skilled communicator across digital and traditional media, he brings commercial experience and a deep enthusiasm for the ways in which technology can transform the global equity compliance market.
CTO & Co-Founder
Oriol was a co-founder of Global Share Plans and helped build it into an award-winning business. He then led IT development at Solium Compliance and Morgan Stanley. Oriol is one of the most experienced technology professionals in the international share plans space, with a track record of delivering complex global platforms.
Growth Director
Danny drives business development and strategic growth at ShareReporter. With extensive expertise in commercial strategy and relationship management, he focuses on expanding our customer network and accelerating platform adoption across the global equity community.
Customer Success Manager
Nicoleta leads client implementation and user support at ShareReporter, ensuring seamless onboarding and high client satisfaction. With over a decade of experience in global share plan operations, she works closely with clients and legal partners across 100+ jurisdictions to deliver exceptional service.
Product Engineering Lead
Pol leads product engineering and full-stack platform development at ShareReporter. Specialising in modern web architectures and core platform engineering, he drives continuous feature innovation, performance, and technical execution across our compliance applications.

Andy is a Partner in the Employee Incentives Team at CMS and sits on the ShareReporter board. He specialises in employee incentives and rewards, with extensive experience helping international companies extend share plan arrangements into multiple jurisdictions. Andy ensures our platform remains tightly focused on real-world compliance needs.

Cathy is an Of Counsel in the Tax department at CMS UK. She led the development of the ShareReporter/CMS global legal network, bringing together dozens of overseas law firms to deliver the tax and legal content that underpins our compliance applications.
